Joyelle Komierowski, Optometric Assistant

Joyelle joined us in January of 2011 and has brought fantastic energy to the clinic. We were quick to hire her after she moved here from Calgary (where she had also worked as an Optometric Assistant and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts).

Joyelle's broad experience and education have allowed her to excel in her duties, and on top of this she possesses an incredble and contagious eagerness to make people happy.

Joyelle would be one of the first faces you see when you come in to our clinic. She'll do your pretesting and get you ready to see the Doctor. If you have a few minutes to wait before going into the exam room, she's very good at helping you with minor adjustments to your glasses, or selecting new frames.


In her free time, Joyelle spends quality time with her family and friends. She loves arts & crafts, baking (especially cookies!) and enjoying the outdoors.
